In terms of CYBERPOL Decree WL22/16.595 by Treaty EST124 Council of Europe State publications ref no 2016-05-02 / 0060956 published in Federal State Gazette and in terms of the Budapest Convention on Cyber Crime ETS 185 – Cybercrime (Convention), 23.XI.2001
article 48 B and E, CYBERPOL The International Cyber Policing Federal Approved Agency became officially a signatory member to the Budapest Convention on Cyber Crime on the 2nd May 2016.
Therefore in terms of Budapest Convention on Cyber Crime
Article 13 – Sanctions and measures
section no 2, Each Party shall ensure that legal persons held liable in accordance with Article 12 shall be
subject to effective, proportionate and dissuasive criminal or non-criminal sanctions or measures, including monetary sanctions.
Thus in terms of legislation CYBERPOL The International Cyber Policing Agency can seize assets and/or impose fines without limitations onto any subject found to be in breach of the Budapest Convention on Cyber Crime and CYBERPOL Decree WL22/16.595 public utility by Treaty EST124 Council of Europe.
