The website media publication was changed after when the perpetrators discovered CYBERPOL Investigative team has been monitoring the publications, however, CYBERPOL already recorded the digital evidence along with several others for investigation and prosecutions. CYBERPOL said the fact that the same publication was sent using the name of the President Ricrado Baretzky and published by different internet crypto sources indicates that it was part of a media marketing campaign and when CYBERPOL announced this link published by CoinGabbar. Com on the July 31, 2025 as captured by CYBERPOL Investigative Team with time stamp 09;11;35 the perpetrators grabbed the bait and changed the press publication page on the August the 4th by removing the President’s name, however CYBERPOL Investigation team already recorded this evidence by the Google Source code which after got CYBERPOL’s attention as it clearly indicates intend to use the name of President Ricardo Baretzky on purpose for marketing and or association with this products.
Any claims or announcements suggesting otherwise are entirely false and unauthorized.
CYBERPOL’s cybercrime division has launched an active criminal investigation into the matter, specifically focusing on the misuse of President Baretzky’s identity and the spread of fraudulent endorsements and publications connected to the Naoris Protocol listing. The federal approved cyber policing agency by Royal Decree WL22/16.595 with active force of law is coordinating with partner law enforcement agencies and exchanges and urges both the public and industry actors to disregard all statements alleging President Baretzky’s involvement in any cryptocurrency activities.

“I do not support any crypto, never have been, and never will. We will hunt those responsible down and list them and make a real example of these criminals and show them just what CYBERPOL is capable of.”
CYBERPOL advises anyone solicited by or involved with crypto trading do so at their own peril and to report any suspicious activity of any cryptotrading from any crypto traders online or offline through its dedicated cyber fraud channels or national police. The agency strongly recommends all public and institutional parties avoid engagement with crypto pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation, which aims to identify and bring to account those responsible for the fraudulent claims.
