Pursuant to Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Council Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to documents, the iNTERNATIONAL CYBER POLICING ORGANIZATION CYBERPOL hereby declares as follows:
CYBERPOL does not engage in any interactions with the general public or private individuals.
All Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) agreements with non-governmental institutions were terminated and canceled effective 2019, in compliance with CYBERPOL internal governance protocols and applicable EU institutional standards.
CYBERPOL exclusively interacts with duly authorized official government representatives from European Union (EU) member states. Non-EU members, entities, or representatives are not accepted, directly or indirectly, under any circumstances.
Any purported engagement in contravention of this notice shall be deemed null and void ab initio. This policy is non-negotiable and enforced to safeguard institutional integrity.
