CYBERPOL Proposed Bylaws – Article 2(bis) §6

Section 1: Title

These Bylaws shall be known as the CYBERPOL Proposed Bylaws under Article 2(bis) §6.

Section 2: Definitions

“CYBERPOL” refers to the International Cyber Policing Organization.

“Cyber stalking” refers to the act of using the internet or other electronic means to harass, intimidate, or threaten an individual.

“Defamation” refers to the act of making false statements that harm the reputation of an individual or organization.

“Malevolent websites and IPs” refers to websites and internet protocol addresses containing illegal and harmful content capable of affecting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of internet users.

Section 3: Purpose

The purpose of these Bylaws is to establish regulations for the monitoring and tracking of malevolent websites and IPs, as well as to combat cyber stalking and defamation.

Section 4:

Monitoring and Tracking
CYBERPOL shall undertake the international monitoring and tracking of malevolent websites and IPs containing illegal and harmful content capable of affecting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of all internet users.

Section 5:

Cyber Stalking and Defamation

Cyber stalking and defamation shall be considered serious offenses under CYBERPOL jurisdiction that includes 196 federal territories.

Any individual found guilty of cyber stalking or defamation under the findings of Article 2(bis) §6 shall be subject to the following penalties:

a. Imprisonment for a period of up to five (5) years.

b. Seizure of assets associated with the offense.

c. Fine of up to €100,000.

The severity of the penalty shall be determined based on the nature and extent of the offense.

Section 6: Enforcement

CYBERPOL shall work in cooperation with national and international law enforcement agencies to enforce these Bylaws and prosecute offenders.

Section 7: Amendment

These Bylaws may be amended by a vote of the CYBERPOL General Assembly.

Section 8: Effective Date

These Bylaws shall take effect upon approval by the CYBERPOL General Assembly.
